TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT In APS’ strive to provide the ultimate customer service the need for a Technical Service department has been identified. After immense research and planning APS are very proud to introduce their new Technical Service Department. The implementation of the Technical Service Department has been taking place since July this year and APS are pleased to announce the appointments of Mauro Marcatili as National Technical Service Manager and Wayne Burnside as Southern Region Senior Technical Service Representative. National Technical Service Manager - Mauro Marcatili. Both Mauro and Wayne bring with them nearly 60 years experience collectively. Both have gained an ongoing understanding in all facets of the printing industry. Mauro has been with APS for 14 years and has experience in the full range of products with particular emphasis on coatings. Preceding his appointment as Technical Service Manager, Mauro was the Division Sales Manager for APS. Mauro has also had 7 years experience in the Technical Service and sales of inks prior to coming to APS and is a printer by trade. Wayne has extensive experience in the printing industry having spent his working life with other ink companies in a variety of roles including Technical Service Manager & Technical Manager. Wayne is well known in the Victorian market.
